Daily wellness check-in calls for seniors living alone

Senior Call places an automated daily wellness call to a senior living alone, at a time you choose, on any ordinary telephone. No app, no wearable, no equipment to charge. If they answer and say they are okay, you get a text confirming it. If they do not answer, we call again, and then every emergency contact is alerted by text and email. Families can also link a partnering local police department for a welfare check, with the senior's profile delivered to officers before they arrive.

How it works

  1. Choose the call times — up to two check-in windows a day, in the member's own time zone.
  2. Senior Call phones them and asks a short, friendly wellness question in English or Spanish.
  3. Answered and okay: emergency contacts can get a confirmation text. No answer, or a concerning answer: contacts are alerted immediately and an incident opens.

Pricing

One plan with everything included: $9.99 per month (regularly $14.99) or $99 per year, with a 7-day free trial and nothing charged during the trial. No contracts, cancel anytime. The police partnership program is free for departments nationwide.

Why proactive checks matter

About 80 percent of seniors who fall while wearing a medical alert device never press the button. Senior Call does not wait for a button press — it calls every day. Founded by Kevon Cumberbatch, a 20-year veteran of the New Castle County Police Department in Delaware, Senior Call modernizes the Senior Roll Call model used by police departments and makes it available to families in all 50 states.
