Senior Call is a nationwide daily automated wellness call service for seniors living alone. Every morning Senior Call automatically calls enrolled seniors at a scheduled time. If the senior does not answer after multiple attempts every emergency contact is immediately alerted by SMS and email. On the Priority Plan local police agencies can be notified for a welfare check with the senior's full profile delivered to officers before they arrive.
Founded by Kevon Cumberbatch a 20-year veteran of the New Castle County Police Department in Delaware. Senior Call modernizes the proven Senior Roll Call model used by police departments across the country and makes it available to families nationwide.
